Invalid User

Solution

If you are getting an "Invalid User" message when trying to login to a site it is a cookie issue. You must make sure that your web browser / computer settings allow cookies as that is how our site keeps track of your login session.

Please note if you are a Windows XP user Microsoft just discontinued updates and support for XP on April 8, 2014. This could also be causing the invalid user message when you attempt to login. Again, you must have cookies enabled.
