A: Your banner must be exactly 468 x 60 pixels in size. I frequently see banners that are 468 x 70 or even 468 x 59. The system uses the exact parameters of 468 x 60 when it checks your banner. Even if it's off by 1 pixel the system will tell you it's the wrong size.
